Trail Conditions

Current at Thu 4th Feb 2016

Trails: The Bog, Dead Mans Quarry Climb and Swarfe Hill sections of Red mtb Route closed until end of Feb 2016 (7 days/week) due to tree felling operations in/around Swarfe Hill.

Blue mtb Route remains fully open

The 2 way section of trail linking the Liddel Water bridge and the tarmac road to Rock UK Outdoor Centre is down to single width in places due to a landslip.  Trail remains open but please could descending riders give way to users climbing up the trail.

The Skills Area is accessed off the Red MTB Route at post 4.

Conditions: Wet - lots of surface water on trails.  Please take extra care when high winds forecast as this could lead to windblown trees and branches across the trails.

Diversions: Red mtb Route diverted at post 27, rejoins Route at post 22 (reduces overall route distance by 4km).
