The 7stanes Mountain Biking Community Interest Company (CIC) is a not for profit organisation. The company is responsible for the promotion and marketing of the 7stanes mountain biking sites and management and development of the 7stanes brand.

The Company was registered in October 2010. Reg No. 386358. All the items for sale on this website have been authorised and approved by the 7stanes Mountain Biking Community Interest Company Ltd and carry the official registered trademark of the 7stanes. All the profits derived from this site contribute towards the on-going promotion and provision of visitor information for the 7stanes.

Product

We promise that if any 7stanes product purchased online does not meet with your approval for any reason, you may return it within 28 days of the date of purchase, in its original packaging, unused and you will receive either an exchange or a full refund.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications on this website are correct. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in actual goods may occur.

Service

We aim to despatch all orders within five working days. If you request an exchange and the item is in stock, we will despatch your exchange within 3 working days. Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information.

Security

We go to great lengths to ensure the security of your orders and all orders are transmitted over a secure connection. Our online payment processes are conducted through Worldpay. No credit card details are stored on our systems.

Terms and Conditions

  • A contract between the customer and the 7stanes Mountain Biking Community Interest Company Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed (at which point the buyer’s credit card will be charged for the value of goods despatched, plus postage & packaging where appropriate). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
  • Our goods are provided to customers on the basis that title will not pass until a period of 28 days has elapsed since the items were despatched. This term applies regardless of the method of payment used in relation to the goods.
  • The 7stanes Mountain Biking Community Interest Company Limited cannot accept liability for any failure by the customer to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment, or website. This statement does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
  • We accept most major credit cards.
  • Our website will endeavour to show all items available in our current ranges. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is displayed on the website.
  • Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value, please see Delivery below.
  • Goods purchased on the website can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of the date of purchase.
  • If the goods are subject to import duties and/or taxes for overseas orders, these costs will be borne by you.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within five working days. If you request an exchange and the item is in stock, we will despatch your exchange within three working days. Please feel free to contact us if you require further information. Delivery charges and timescales are as follows:

  • UK £3.00 plus VAT
  • Rest of World £8

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer's address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

Price and Payment

  • The Price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Seller's Website. The Price is inclusive of VAT where applicable. The Price excludes delivery charges.
  • The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be informed to the Buyer prior to confirming the order.
  • After the order is dispatched the Seller shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods together with information on the right to cancel if the Buyer is a Consumer.
  • Payment of the Price plus any VAT that might be due and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.
